Round Peach Paper Bead Necklace
A long necklace made with paper beads measuring 26 inches in length
The beads are peach in color. They have an organic, spherical shape that are uniform but each unique, which creates an elegant hand-crafted quality.
The process of making the beads includes adding a water-resistant retention agent and archival booking glue to the paper pulp, and a clear coat designed for jewelry to the entire necklace once it is complete. Excessive moisture should be avoided, but there are multiple layers of material that allow for normal wear. The pulp used for the beads is the same archival, high quality material I use for my handmade paper stationery.
